The plaintiff, James 0. Opella, appeals from a judgment in favor of his father, the defendant, Han I. Opella, in this dispute over money. 1 This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be decided summarily.
