In this as in all of the other cases now pending in this court, wherein the indictments charge violation of the Sherman Act and the Interstate C'omnjerce Act and its amendments, counsel argued the merits of the questions presented without regard to the technical consideration as to whether they should be raised by motion to quash or by de*533murrer.
