MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BENSON, Chief Judge.
The above entitled action was removed from Cass County District Court, First Judicial District Court of North Dakota, to this Court on April 17, 1974. The complaint alleges that the defendant, Falcon Coach Company, Inc., (Falcon) negligently manufactured a mobile home purchased by plaintiff, said mobile home allegedly being defective and unsuitable as a mobile home.
