OPINION

Blume, Justice.

This is an action for a declaratory judgment for the pui'pose of declaring.the rights of the parties in and to the West Half (WV2) of Lots numbered One (1) and Two (2), in Block numbered One Hundred Twenty-one (121), of the City of Casper, Wyoming-. None of the parties was satisfied with the judgment herein. The facts are substantially as follows:
