Atwood Montgomery, of Cecil County, Maryland, died September 23, 1931, leaving a will disposing of the residue of his estate in trust “to invest, reinvest, collect the rents, issues and profits therefrom and to pay the net annual income therefrom to my daughter, Suie E.
