In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendant Francis Martin appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Milano, J.), dated February 22, 1996, as denied that branch of his motion which was for partial summary judgment dismissing the complaint against him insofar as it is based on medical treatment he rendered to the plaintiff prior to October 6,1990, on the ground that any such claims were time barred.
