LEISURE, District Judge.
Plaintiff Theodore Weg (“Weg”) had brought this action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, alleging that defendants 1 have deprived him of his civil rights. Specifically, Weg alleges that defendants, under color of state law, individually and through a conspiracy, falsely ar rested him, maliciously prosecuted him, denied him advancement opportunities, denied his due process rights in disciplinary proceedings against him, and intentionally maligned his reputation by publishing false charges against him.
