ORDER
EDENFIELD, District Judge.
In this action, which seeks to recover monies allegedly due for services rendered, the defendant, Southern Railway, has filed a motion for summary judgment.
The action is brought by an attorney at law on two separate transactions. The first may be referred to as the “Central of Georgia matter”, and the second as the “grain rate matter”. The complaint makes no breakdown as to the amount claimed for each transaction.
