[¶ 1] The personal representative of the estate of Russell K. Crouse (Crouse Estate) and Community Health and Counseling Services (CHCS) appeal from the judgment entered in the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock, J.) denying their joint motion for intervention and for reconsideration of the order determining the heirs of James A Thome.
