This is an insurance loss case. Plaintiff claims to have suffered damage to her *853home as a result of water damage, allegedly caused by burst frozen pipes, and seeks to recovery under a policy of insurance issued by Defendant Allstate Property & Casualty Insurance Co. ("Allstate"). Allstate has denied coverage under the Policy's fraud provision. Both parties have filed motions for summary judgment (ECF Nos. 27, 29) and filed respective Responses (ECF Nos. 36, 35) and Allstate filed a Reply (ECF No. 37).
