MEMORANDUM On October 27, 2025, Plaintiff Krystyne Farris (“Farris”) initiated this action by filing a complaint. (Doc. 1). On February 3, 2026, Farris filed the operative amended complaint against Defendant Intuit, Inc. (“Intuit”). (Doc. 8). Before the Court is Intuit’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. 10).
