STANLEY, Commissioner.

This suit was filed by Dorah Vasseur to recover damages from Proctor and Gamble Distributing Company for injuries to her arms and hands, alleged to have been suffered by using a soap product or detergent powder, sold and distributed by the defendant. In course of time the circuit court rendered default judgment against the defendant for its failure to answer certain interrogatories served upon it by the plaintiff, and impaneled a jury to assess the damages.
