A brief statement of the prior events in this case suffices to explain the present posture of the defendant’s motion to remove the default judgment.

Plaintiff, a minor, was severely burned on November 11, 1970, in Royal Oak, Michigan, when a pair of pajamas allegedly manufactured and marketed by defendant was “cause to ignite” (Plaintiff’s Complaint, Count # 6).
