— This is an appeal in a breach of contract case involving the construction of a deck on the outside of a residence. After a non-jury trial that was conducted on November 29, 2012, and January 24, 2013, I entered a verdict on count I of the complaint, breach of contract, in favor of plaintiff, William Argeros, who is the owner of the residence, and against defendant, Knock On Wood Construction Company, which was the construction firm that built the deck.
