The plaintiff seeks to recover from Allen L. Cole for alleged damages that were inflicted *698by William Webb, while an agent of Cole’s. After hearing the case without a jury, the trial court found for the defendant, and we affirm.

Allen L. Cole operated a business known as Allen L. Cole & Associates. This business provided various services to gas station operators and was limited solely to gas station operators.
