OPINION OF THE COURT

(June 26, 2008)

Everett Le Blanc, Lee J. Rohn (“Rohn”), and the Law Offices of Rohn and Cameron (collectively “Petitioners”) filed a petition protractively titled “Petition for Writ of Mandamus to Require the Superior Court Presiding Judge Donohue to Apply Virgin Islands Law to Petitioner’s Request for Interlocutory Appeal of the Court’s Order Disqualifying *512Counsel in this Matter” (“petition”). For the reasons explicated below, we will deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
