Daniel J. Moulton filed a petition pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 204B.44 (2014), requesting an order requiring respondents Secretary of State Steve Simon and Attorney General Lori Swanson to include Moulton’s name on the 2016 primary election ballot as a candidate for Third Judicial District Seat 16, which is located in Houston County.
