Petitioner, Louis J. Smith, formerly known as Louis J. Pluto, seeks an order reinstating him as an attorney at law in this state. He was disbarred by this court on November 28, 1941. In re Disbarment of Pluto, 211 Minn. 308, 300 N. W. 897. His application is supported by his verified petition, together with several letters from attorneys recommending his reinstatement.
