Plaintiff Eugene Collins sued his former employers, Connecticut Job Corps and Career System Development Center (collectively, “Defendants” or “Job Corps”), claiming that Defendants unlawfully demoted him from his position as facilities manager because of his age and race and then fired him in retaliation for reporting their unlawful conduct.
