Introduction

McDONALD, District Judge.

This is a breach of contract action by the plaintiff, Citibank National Association, against the defendants, Howard and Cynthia London, to recover the balance due on two written agreements executed in New York City on June 28, 1973. The plaintiff commenced this suit by invoking the diversity jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
