The Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) appeals from the district court’s entry of final judgment as to all claims against defendants Linde Thomson Lang- worthy Kohn & Van Dyke, P.C., (Linde Thomson) and Thomas W. Van Dyke (who will be included in references to the Linde Thomson defendants). The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the Linde Thomson defendants.
