Introduction
The above-entitled matter came before the undersigned United States District Judge on January 28, 2005, pursuant to the Motion for Summary Judgment brought by Defendants The Walt Disney Company, Disney Channel, and ABC, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), and the Motion for Summary Judgment brought by Plaintiffs Mr. Leslie Davis, Earth Protector Licensing Corporation, and Earth Protector, Inc.
