This cause is before the Court on the Motion of Angela Fairley (“Defendant”) for Summary Judgment, the Motion of First Family Financial Services, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) to Compel Arbitration, and the Motion of American Security Insurance Company and Union Security Life Insurance Company (collectively, “Intervenor-Plaintiffs”) for Summary Judgment.
