McKenzie Check Advance of Mississippi, LLC, d/b/a National Cash Advance (“NCA”) and Advance America, Cash Advance Centers of Mississippi, LLC (“Advance America”) were denied their motion to compel arbitration against current and former customers (hereinafter “Customer”).
