SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court discharging a writ of habeas corpus. The effect of the order was to remand the petitioner (appellant) to the custody of the Chief of Police of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for rendition to an agent of the State of Georgia pursuant to an extradition warrant issued ■by the Governor of Missouri 1 under Section 3182, Title 18 U.S.C.A. 2
