This suit was instituted by the appellee to recover penalties for unjust discrimination provided for in art. 4574 of the Bevised Civil Statutes.
Findings of Fact.—At the time of filing this suit, and for some years prior thereto, the appellee was engaged in the business of retailing lumber at Taylor, in Williamson County, Texas.
