This is an original proceeding in mandamus to compel George Robb, state auditor, to release, withdraw and expunge the *173registration of the electric light and power bonds of the city of Good-land. The action joined as defendants the city of Goodland, the mayor of the city, the city clerk and the city treasurer, also the members of the firm of Estes, Payne & Co., and George Robb, auditor of the state of Kansas.
