The defendant, John Bronson, Sr., was convicted by a jury of sexual assault in the fourth degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-73a (a) (1) (A),1 and risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 1993) § 53-21.2 3He was sentenced to serve a total effective sentence of thirty months.
