ELDER, Judge.

Lamont Ernest Harris (“appellant”) appeals the sentence imposed by the trial court following his guilty plea to the charge of possessing heroin with intent to distribute. He contends the trial court violated the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment when it admitted the following evidence during a hearing to determine his sentence: (1) information contained in a presentence report regarding his prior adult criminal convictions to which his Sixth Amendment right to counsel had attached, (2) information contained in a presentence report regarding his entire juvenile…
