This cause is before us upon the application of the petitioners for a writ of prohibition to restrain the above-named respondent, as a judge of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Merced, from proceeding with, or trying a certain action now pending in the Superior Court of the County of Merced, numbered 11,522, in which the Commercial Transfer, Incorporated, a corporation, and Elton C.
