MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CARRIGAN, District Judge.
Intrawest Financial Corporation and IntraWest Bank of Denver, N.A. filed this action against Western National Bank of Denver, N.A. on December 16, 1982 claiming service mark infringement in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1114, false designation in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1125, unfair competition, and service mark infringement under Colorado trademark law and the common law. Plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendant from using the marks “The First National Bank of Denver” and “First of Denver.” Western National Bank defends on the ground that…
