Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs Community of Christ Copyright Corporation (“Community of Christ CC”) and Community of Christ a/k/a Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints’ (“Community of Christ”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Summary Judgment filed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. (Doc. # 101). Plaintiffs seek summary judgment on their infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, and dilution claims. Id.
