Was there substantial evidence to support the finding of a Social Security Administration referee that a claimant for Old Age Insurance benefits had not been employed as claimed?

That issue is presented on this appeal from the Order of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting the motion of the defendant Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (“Secretary”) for summary judgment.
