MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon the unresolved objections by the Trustee to the Debtor’s claim of exemptions.

In his Chapter 7 Petition filed March 23, 1998, the Debtor, Allan W. Hankel (Allan), claimed a homestead exemption in a remainder interest in real property upon which he resides with his mother who holds a life estate. He also, by virtue of his living circumstances, claimed a “head of family” exemption.
