ORDER ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

THIS MATTER came on for hearing on September 17, 1998 on the Trustee’s Objections to Property Claimed as Exempt by the Debtor, Betty Jean Lewis. The issue before the Court is whether the Debtor may claim a homestead exemption in a remainder interest in real property.
