WISDOM, Circuit Judge.
Lloyd G. Washington, appellant, was convicted on all six counts of an indictment 1 based on the sale of heroin on two occasions. We affirm.
On February 18, 1959, at 5:30 p. m., -Cleophus Robinson, an agent of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, and Booker T. Washington (no relation of the defendant), a “special employee” of the Bureau, drove to the defendant’s house.
