I dissent. For the purpose of sustaining that petitioner was not an employer according to the Workmen’s Accident Compensation Act, the majority opinion is bound to rely on specific isolated facts such as (1) the fact that petitioner testified that he lived on Social Security; and (2) that he had retired from agriculture reason for which he discontinued his insurance with the State Insurance Fund.
