Anderson Energy Corporation and El-lersly, Inc. (collectively, “Anderson”) appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of Dominion Oklahoma Texas Exploration & Production, Inc. and HighMount Exploration & Production Texas, LLC (collectively, “HighMount”).
