OPINION
RICHARD R. FORD, Special Judge.
The defendant, Darrell Lowe, pled guilty on January 18, 1983, to driving while under the influence of an intoxicant — second offense. The defendant was sentenced to eleven months, twenty-nine days in the county jail, however, the trial judge ordered that after the completion of forty-five (45) days of continuous confinement that the remainder of the defendant’s jail sentence would be suspended.
