In this action on a promissory note, the plaintiff, Cadlerock Joint Venture II, L.P., appeals from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defen dant Wageeh S. Aqleh 1 on the ground that the plaintiff had failed to commence the action within the applicable statute of limitations.
