In Bankruptcy. In the matter of bankruptcy proceedings of Louis A. Buchner. The referee entered an order determining the priority of liens, and certain creditors filed a petition for review.

SANBORN, District Judge.

The order sought to be reviewed was made upon application of the trustee for leave to sell real estate and have determined the respective rights and interests of parties claiming special liens upon the real estate, arid fixing the order and priority of such liens. It appears that there are certain judgments against the bankrupt rendered within four months before adjudication, and that by order of the court the trustee has been subrogated to,the rights of the judgment creditors under the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act (Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 544 [U.
