Katina Stevenson was injured in a single-vehicle accident while riding as a passenger in a 1994 Ford Ranger pickup truck owned by Sherman and Willie Faye Walker and operated at the time of the accident by Willie Faye’s grandson, Joseph Campbell. The vehicle was insured by an *721automobile insurance policy issued by Anthem Casualty Insurance Group/The Insurance Company of Decatur (“Anthem/Decatur”).
