ORDER
CARR, District Judge.
Pending is a motion by the plaintiff, Munir M. Uwaydah, to stay or to compel arbitration. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Resolution of this motion is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq. For the following reasons, plaintiffs motion shall be denied.
Plaintiffs request for sanctions pursuant to FecLR.Civ.P. 11 shall be denied, without prejudice to renew.
