Appellee and one of the plaintiffs below, L. E. Hankins, owned a small farm in Christian connty near Hopkinsville, Ky., npon which there was a dwelling and some ontbuilding’s. He borrowed from his coplaintiff, Planters’ Bank & Trnst Company of Hopkinsville, $3,000, and mortgag-ed his farm to secure it.
