This suit was instituted by Nora M. Sellers in the District Court of Bee County, Texas, against Anne Claire Heard Breiden-bach et vir, Claudia Heard de Osborne et vir, First National Bank in Dallas, Southern Methodist University, and Stanolind Oil and Gas Company, in the nature of a trespass to try title to certain tracts of land fully described in the petition. From a summary judgment in favor of defendants, Nora M. Sellers has prosecuted this appeal.
