This is in effect two suits in one. Archer County, Fred Turner, Jr., and Juliette Turner, as trustees for Dorothy .Scarbauer, and Fay Durham, hereinafter called petitioners, sued respondents, C. R. Webb and others trustees of the Shannon West Texas Memorial Hospital and of the Margaret A.
