This is an appeal from the decree of the chancellor in favor of complainant and against the defendant on a benefit certificate in the sum of $1,000 issued by the defendant on the life of Flavous R. Jones, deceased, who was the husband of Edith E. Jones, the named beneficiary in the certificate. A jury was demanded by complainant in her bill, but the demand for the jury was waived and the cause was heard before the chancellor sitting as a jury on the oral evidence, the exhibits, and the entire record.
