Estrada v. Municipal Court of Ciales

On-March 22, 1934, José de Jesús Ortiz brought an action in a municipal court against Dolores Arvelo Colón for $100 *462alleged to be the balance due on a promissory note. He then attached a small parcel of land as the property of Dolores Arvelo.
