Reversing.

Plaintiff (appellee) brought this suit to recover of defendant (appellant) and others $1,000.00 which plaintiff, as accommodation endorser on a note executed by defendant and others, had paid. Insolvency grounds of attachment were made in the petition ánd an order of attachment was issued and Creen A.
