PERRY, Chief Judge.

Lee M. Hays appeals from an order of the district court upholding the magistrate’s denial of habeas corpus relief. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND

Hays is a prisoner housed at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. In April 1984, Hays pled guilty to four counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, under former I.C. § 18-6607. He received four concurrent indeterminate life sentences.
